The Institute for Spirit of Lei Feng in Gansu Province was established in Lanzhou on April 24th
The year 2013 is a golden jubilee of Mao Zedong’s inscription “learn from Comrade Lei Feng”. On April 24th, the Institute for Spirit of Lei Feng in Gansu Province was established in Lanzhou. The goal of the new institution is to study how to promote and apply the spirit of Lei Feng in the current situation.
