The Practical Character, Way of Thinking and Value Appeal of Marxist Art Theory

The creation and development of Marxist philosophy is a great and profound intellectual revolution in the history of human thought. Accordingly, the creation and development of Marxist aesthetics or philosophy of art has brought about a great and profound theoretical change and paradigm shift in the history of aesthetics and the history of art theory in the world. Only by understanding and grasping the significance of the philosophical revolution from “explaining the world” to “changing the world” from the perspective of the “paradigm revolution” can the practical character, philosophical connotation and theoretical significance of Marxist art theory be deeply appreciated.
