Online Literature’s Transformation of Classical Novel Narratives

There is a hidden narrative transmission path between online literature and classical novels. Online literature transforms the narrative thought of classical novels into value narrative, emotional narrative and “dream-making” narrative modes; implants traversal and rebirth settings in the time narrative tradition; generates alternative histories, map and scene narratives by expanding and shifting the space of classical novels; and absorbs the narrative styles of zhanghui fiction and huaben scripts, creating a pseudo-classical style. By so doing, it has realized the contemporary transformation of the narrative tradition of classical novels.
