Theoretical Connotation of Xi Jinping’s Significant Discourses on Literary and Art Work

The significant discourses of Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, on literary and art work is visionary, profound, systematic, and wellorganized. It systematically answers a series of overall, fundamental, and strategic issues in the development of literary and art undertakings in the new era from the combination of theory and practice, and provides a fundamental idea for indepth understanding and accurate grasp of the basic connotation of socialist literary and art work. Xi Jinping’s significant discourses on literary and art work is an important part of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture, a specific application of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era in the field of literature and art, and a sinicized and contemporary Marxist literary and art theory.
