Song of Faith on the Magical Land: The Snow Mountain and Land by Yang Zhijun

The Snow Mountain and Land is an epic work written by Yang Zhijun about Tibet. Through the narratives of education, medical care, market economy, grassland ecology and urbanization, the novel shows the great changes that took place in the Tibetan area in the past few decades and the Chinese path to modernization as happened in western China, expressing the faith of the Tibetan people in the snowy mountains and the land, as well as their pure and beautiful hearts. The novel is beautiful and lyrical, with the aesthetic flavor of romanticism. It has formed a unique artistic style through the borrowing and integration of the Tibetan language and the literary tradition.
