Online Literary Criticism: “Online and Offline” Identification

(Abstract)

Ouyang Youquan

The “dual structure” between online and offline forms the overall pattern of online literary criticism in China. They are both very active, with different characteristics and different functions, such as different subject identities that lead to different positions of criticism, different modes of expression that lead to a different focus of evaluation, and different channels of communication that lead to different fields of influence of criticism. Based on the powerful integration of online media, the interaction and integration of the two critical spaces is necessary and inevitable, and future online literary criticism needs to build a strong online critical position to better implement the reader-centered literary concept, enhance the vitality and sharpness of online literary criticism, and let the people become the real subject of online literary aesthetics and its criticism.
