Beyond the Human: Life History Research as a Practical Possibility for the Anthropology of Civilization

As an anthropological research methodology, life history is gaining attention in the academic community. Combining the field of vision of civilizational anthropology with the research method of life history, we discuss how the narratives of individual experiences present the composite nature of time, space and dimensions in a civilizational system, and finally indicate that the research method of life history can provide an effective path for the practice of civilizational anthropology.
